The members are required on registration not to disrespect the rights and privileges of others and only provide accurate and legal information. In a case of any intellectual property rights violation, the following step will be taken.

The member responsible who post unlawful contents or violets the intellectual property rights or other licensed privileges of others will be notified, contents removed and in case the member repeatedly infringe the rights of others their account will be terminated. If you provide a notice of any infringement, make sure it’s truthful as in a case of any false notice it may rise personal liability.

In order to deal effectively with any intellectual property rights violation and infringements we need a written notification which should contain the information such as the description of the licensed and copyrighted work, the place and location of material where it is posted on our website, your full contact details as the owner/agent of the copyrighted material and a statement indicating that the use of copyrighted material is not allowed by the owner and the notice you provide is accurate with your signature.

In case there is a notice of copyright infringement against you and you think is not true, you can submit a counter-notice which should include the details of the material removed or access denied, your full contact details, a statement indicating that removal of such material was a mistake and your signature.
